Noa Eshkol: collective body was an exhibition that Casa do Povo organized with the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo, and was part of the 34th Bienal network - Though it's dark, still I sing.

The exhibition - distributed over two floors of the institution - sought to show both the backstage and the process of Eshkol's research, as well as her work. Through documents, textile works (wall carpets) and videos, the collective and community nature of Eshkol's work is highlighted.

The seven Wall Carpets on display at Casa do Povo are made from used materials, rags and discarded clothes. The compositions of the works vary between abstractions and still lifes.
